AEROPRESS INSTRUCTIONS
Aeropress Tutorial
1. Without the filter attached, insert the plunger, then pull back slightly to create a seal. Place the AeroPress upside down.
2. Prewet your AeroPress filter.
3. Add coffee according to your recipe, ground medium-coarse.
4. Start a timer and, using water at about 205 °F (or about 30 sec. off the boil), quickly pour 150g (ml).
5. Immediately begin stirring until 35 sec., then put the filter in place.
6. At 1:05 flip your AeroPress onto your cup and press until you hear a hissing sound. You should finish pressing by about 1:30.
7. Dilute with water according to your recipe. Taste and dilute more if desired.
